1. Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be in original packaging and unused to be eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Returns:

  • Video Proof Required: If an item arrives broken, customers must provide video proof recorded during unboxing to be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged due to customer mishandling are non-returnable.

  • If the product is broken due to our handling, we offer an exchange only, not a refund.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not cover shipping costs unless the item was damaged due to our error.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds take up to 20 business days to process after the return is received and inspected.

  • A valid proof of purchase and unboxing video are required for refund claims.

5. Defective Items:

  • Products found defective due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
